To route your inquiry to an AGU Roofing specialist in your area.
To store your contact details and quiz results in our customer relationship management (CRM) system (GoHighLevel) so that a roofing representative can follow up with you.
To send you a personalized coverage report by email based on your quiz answers.
To contact you by phone, email, or SMS about roofing services relevant to your inquiry.
To improve our website and quiz experience.

3. SMS Communications & TCPA Consent

SMS Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our quiz or contact form, you expressly agree to receive automated SMS and/or MMS text messages from AGU Roofing / myroofstatus.com at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, follow-up information, and roofing service offers.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Data Retention

Your contact information and quiz responses are retained in our CRM and may be used to contact you about roofing services for as long as your inquiry remains active or until you request deletion.

Insurance policy documents submitted through the policy analyzer are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our systems after analysis is complete.
